1. Booking & Cancellation
We value our technicians\' time and yours. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours\' notice. Cancellations inside this window may be subject to a small fee. We\'re flexible, but we\'ve gotta keep the vans moving!
2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Isn\'t it great when things just work? While we use the best machinery and eco-friendly solutions, some pet stains are stubborn. If you aren\'t thrilled with the deep carpet sanitization, call us within 48 hours and we\'ll come back to fix it for free. No questions asked.
3. Access to Property
Our team needs a clear path to do their magic. We ask that fragile items are moved prior to our arrival. While we\'re careful, Sahara Swift Clean isn\'t responsible for preexisting damage to your subflooring or antique furniture that wasn\'t disclosed during the booking phase.
